From The Pastor’s desk 

Beloved,
I bring you greetings of The Glorious Life, in the Name of Jesus Christ.

I believe, by now we have made the choice and received grace to accomplish the instruction to be a willing, faithful and joyful steward of God and serve the advancement of God’s kingdom.

What is the Holy Spirit saying to us as a church and individuals this month of April? A wise woman once said, “Commit to building your house upon the rock. Then when the storms of life begin to blow—at home, at work or in any situation—you can enjoy the solid security of knowing that the Word never fails”. In order words, a wise person does not wait for the storm to come before building a shelter of safety. Rather it is far better to build a shelter before the storm comes. 

When the first storm came upon the earth it affected everyone, none was exempted. However, those who heeded the Word of God saw the flood from the comfort of God’s provision for their protection and safety. Genesis 7:15-24. God’s plans of exemption and safety are still in place. He has not changed, He is still the same God. 

Malachi 3:6 NKJV
For I am the LORD, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.

The Lord has made adequate provision as contained in the written Word for everyone who will listen and walk in His wisdom to be exempted from the floods of adversity upon the earth. Tough times come and go tough people remain. What makes you and me though is the willingness to follow God’s Word.

We understand from the scriptures that, the wisdom from above is all about the application of scriptures in our day-to-day walk with God. Matthew 7:24-25 and James 1:22-25.

This is why the wisdom from above is:

• Knowing the right way to go from Scriptures and going there Ecclesiastes 10:10 and Isaiah 59:8.
• Knowing the right things to do from the Word and doing them Luke 6:46 and John 21:5-6.

God through His wisdom created the entire earth and heavens. 

Proverbs 3:19 NKJV
The LORD by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens;

For any believer to stay above the challenges of life and triumph continually, God’s wisdom as contained in the Bible is the only way to go. See Proverbs 8:1-36.

We are in a Blood Covenant with the God of heaven and earth. His track record is second to none. His ways are far greater and better than your ways. Read Isaiah 55:8-9. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain by walking in God’s wisdom.

Remember, taking personal responsibility towards God’s covenant demands puts you on top of life!

Therefore, this month is declared as WINNING BY WISDOM and the anchor scriptures are Matthew 7:24-25 and Psalm 104:24. This month, as you demonstrate your obedience towards God’s Wisdom, in the Name of Jesus, whose I am and whom I serve, I decree that:

• You shall be exempted from the flood of adversity.
• When people are cast down, you shall be going up. 
• By the wisdom of God at work in you, it will rewrite your story for good.
• This month, my God shall treat you preferentially.
• You shall be supplied supernaturally, in the Name of Jesus.
